Bevel Helical gear units’ design principles comprise of efficient gear sizing, transmission ratios, Fabricated Stress Relieved split type Housing, Bevel Pinion-Gear case hardened & lapped finish, Helical Pinion-Gear case hardened & profile grounded as per ISO/DIN Standard to achieve quiet running and higher efficiencies. Output shaft are hardened to avoid twisting and bending effect. Bearings are designed to carry high loads shocks. Additional attachments like Holdback, cooling fan, Cooling coil, Lubrication Pump, Shrink disc etc.
