Crane Helical gear units’ design principles comprise of efficient gear sizing, transmission ratios, Fabricated Stress Relieved split type Housing, Helical Pinion-Gear through hardened to achieve flank higher flank toughness. Output shaft are hardened to avoid twisting and bending effect. Bearings are designed to carry high load & shocks. Gear units served for Main Hoist, Auxiliary Hoist, Long Travel and Cross Travel applications.
