Worm Reduction Screw jack design principles comprises of efficient gear sizing, transmission ratios, Rigid Cast Steel Housing, Case hardened & profile grounded Worm shaft, Casted Worm Wheel phosphor bronze ring (PB2), High capacity taper roller bearings to take axial & Radial Loads, for higher size thrust bearings used, favourable delivery periods, compact design with higher efficiency. Screw rod be trapezoidal thread available in Material through hardened steel and stainless steel based on customer requirements, Additional attachments like Motor Mounting Flange, Bellows, eye nut, top plate etc. can be provided. Both Pull type and Push type screw jack available.
